All ai-* directories are real directories directly at $HOME — no Dropbox, no encapsulation wrappers, no double-traversal for Finder or CLI tools:

PROJECT_BASE und DROPBOX_ROOT existieren nur noch für Backward-Kompatibilität auf anderen Maschinen (mac-m4, mac-mini, mac-erster). Auf mac-studio defaulten sie auf $HOME. Neuer Code darf sie nicht verwenden. Nutze stattdessen platform_env.package_dir(name) oder Path.home() / "ai-agents" / ….
