~/ai-mac-studio/agents/ holds the operational tool packages of the platform: general-purpose infrastructure, communication, media, Apple integration, data-ml, and management tools. Each package follows the same standards (Python ≥ 3.14, uv, hatchling).
The entire PDAI document-processing pipeline — ai-scholar, ai-classifypdf, ai-ocr-dev, ai-viewer, ai-lemma-index, ai-query and all edition viewer instances — has been moved out of agents/document-processing/ into the dedicated ~/ai-mac-studio/pdai/ workspace.
agents/document-processing/ no longer exists. All PDAI code lives under:
