AI Platform (~/ai-mac-studio/platform/) is the coordination layer for 146+ projects across the ~/ai-mac-studio/ umbrella. It manages ports, routing, machine configuration, shared libraries, the daily morning plan, and this documentation site.

Ports, routes, and packages live here. Configurations that belong to this Mac and do not travel with the portable platform — Tailscale Serve, VS Code Insiders for iPad, host-only LaunchAgents, volume TCC — are collected at ~/ai-mac-studio/docs/ (sibling of platform/, not this site).

The entire PDAI document-processing pipeline was moved from agents/document-processing/ into its own top-level workspace pdai/. All edition viewers (10 collections), ai-query, ai-lemma-index, and ai-scholar now live there. The Hub, proxy routes, and launchd jobs have all been updated. service-commands.yaml was retired in favour of platform/scripts/editions_supervisor.py (com.ai-platform.editions).
