"obj_descr": "In contrast to its richly engraved and inscribed dialface, the remains of this sundial’s corpus shows no additional adornment. The lower part is broken off and might have had a round shape, as is indicated by the bottom plane remains. Gibbs: There is no trace of a gnomon hole in the top edge of this dial. The rough surface at the front suggests that the face was once a complete hemisphere. If this was the case, then the gnomon could have been mounted in the bottom of the dial as S. Piale indicates, or in the top edge of the portion which is now broken away. ",

"df_descr": " In addition to eleven hour lines and seven day curves (marking the entrance of the sun into each of the signs of the zodiac), a circle with vertical diameter coinciding with the meridian and equal to the distance between the solstices, and an isosceles triangle with axis also equal to the distance between the solstices and coinciding with the meridian, have been engraved on the shadow-receiving surface. The triangular figure represents the increase in daylight from winter solstice to summer solstice. $Arc c_1$ represents the path of the sun with declination 20.6 $Arc c_2$ represents the path of the sun with declination 11.30 $Arc c_3$ represents the path of the sun with declination -20.6 $Arc c_4$ represents the path of the sun with declination -11.30. ",
