Abstract

The combination of grooves at the top center of this dial block presumably held the gnomon. Eleven fairly deeply scratched hour lines divide a single semicircle into twelve parts on this dial. The shadow-receiving surface is uniformly thick and smoothly finished. The hour lines measure from left to right: 130, 131, 132, 132, 132, 130, 134, 135, 136, 135, 132 mm. They form the following angles, measured from the left to the right horizon: 10.8, 18, 15, 15.4, 15.8, 15, 12, 15.8, 16, 20.5, 16, 9.7.

Measurements

This object has not been measured by the 3D pipeline. Its entry in the catalogue rests on the published description only; no surface fit, latitude or line detection exists for it.
