Famulus Lektor

Swift shell for the existing ai-lektorat viewer. The annotate.js layout stays untouched: this app hosts it in a WKWebView and contributes a resident Apple Foundation Models engine on port 5612 (same /health + /v1/prompt contract as mac-mini-fastnl).

Interactive paragraph revision still goes through the Python viewer. When this app is running, ai_lektorat.model prefers :5612 before the USB link to the M4 mini.
